The role enables data-driven people decisions and operates as a senior individual contributor within a lean, international HR organization, working closely with Group HR, IT, and local HR teams. Tasks & responsibilities HRIS & HR Digitalization Own group HR digitalization initiatives, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors Manage system enhancements and new module implementations (e.g.
